What is Simeon?

A team of AI agents for your business. Each agent has a job you give it, a computer of its own in the cloud, and access to the apps you already use. You ask in plain words, and they do the work.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. There are no workflows to build. Tell an agent what you need. When it needs one of your apps, it asks you to sign in once, on that app's own page.

Where does the work happen?

On each agent's own computer in the cloud, with a browser and files. You can watch it work or take over at any time, and routines keep running when your Mac is closed.

Will an agent act without asking?

Not on anything that matters. Before it sends an email, makes a payment or publishes something, it asks you in the chat, and you allow or refuse it.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted, kept apart from every other customer, and never used to train a model. See Approvals, security, and privacy.

What do I need?

A Mac with Apple silicon on macOS 15 or later. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

How many agents can I have?

As many as your work needs. Your plan sets how much they can do each week, not how many there are.

Can my agents use apps that don't have a connector?

Yes. They can use most websites in their browser. A connector is faster and more reliable when there is one. See Connect apps.

Can I talk to an agent?

Yes. Call any agent and talk it through out loud. See Message and call your agents.

How do I cancel?

On the web, from your account's billing page; on iPhone, in your Apple ID settings. See Plans and billing.

Quit and reopen the app first. If that doesn't fix it, contact us and tell us what you were doing.
