Work with Simeon

The agent's computer

View as Markdown

Each agent works on a cloud computer of its own, with a browser and files. That's why work gets finished in your real tools instead of ending as a chat draft: the agent can open a website, sign in, fill in a form, download a file and send it to you.

Watch it work

Open an agent's computer to see its screen live. You can keep working while it works; the chat tells you what it's doing.

Take control

Choose Take control to use the computer yourself. If the agent is working, it stops at once, so it never fights you for the mouse. When you're done, hand the computer back and the agent carries on.

This is handy for a step only you can do, like a human check or a payment page you'd rather complete yourself.

Sign-ins and codes

When a page needs your sign-in, a one-time code or an address, the agent asks with a form in the chat instead of handing you the whole computer. Type in the card and the computer fills the page; a password or code is masked and never shown to the agent.

Logins you save in the Credentials Store, and logins in 1Password if you connect it, can fill a sign-in for you after Face ID or Touch ID.

On your Mac

With your OK, an agent can also run commands and work with files on your Mac, as well as on its own computer. It asks first, and you choose Allow once, Always allow or Never; you can change this later in Settings.

When your Mac is closed

Your agents' computers are in the cloud, so routines keep running on schedule while your Mac is asleep or closed.
