Create and manage agents

An agent is a teammate with one job: a name, a face, a job title, and a brief that says what it does and how. Each agent has its own chat and works on a cloud computer with a browser and files.

Hire through Simeon

Simeon is your chief of staff, the first agent on your team. Tell him what's taking up your week and he hires the right agent for it, with a name, a title that names the job, and a brief. He asks a question or two when the job isn't clear, then says what he assumed.

I spend every Monday chasing invoices and updating our books. Can you hire someone for that?

Hiring is Simeon's main job, but he can also keep everyone on track and take on work himself.

Create an agent yourself

Choose New Agent, then give it a name and describe the job in a sentence. The more specific the job, the better the agent: "Inbox" and "Finance" work better as two agents than one "assistant".

You can also add a ready-made team from the Marketplace: five agents for your kind of work, already briefed.

Give it a face

Each agent gets a face. Open the agent's details to choose another, upload a picture, or generate one from a sentence.

Change an agent's job

Open the agent's details to rename it, change its title or rewrite its brief. You can also just tell it in the chat: "From now on, also handle our support inbox."

Work as a team

Agents can message each other and hand work along, so you aren't the router between them. Ask one agent to pass something to another, or let Simeon coordinate a bigger project.
